Why We Do Not Celebrate Milad

1. We do not celebrate milad because Allah in his Holy book containing more than 6000 verses has not ordered us to celebrate it.

2. We do not celebrate milad because the most sacred and authorative personality in islam after Allah i.e, The Apostle of Allah (PBUH) , neither celebrated the milad of the Messengers before him , nor he ordered and celebrated his own milad .

3. We do not celebrate milad because the most pious , righteous people in this ummah and the more loved ones of Allah and his Messenger that are the Sahabah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon all of them) did not celebrated it

4. We do not celebrate milad because its a share innovation in the religion for which the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said , "Every innovation is misguidance and every misguidance will lead to hell fire "

5. We do not celebrate milad because its an act of Yahood and Nasaara , and we have been strictly ordered by our Prophet (PBUH) to desist from what the ahlikitab does and we have been ordered to oppose them .

THERE IS A STRONG REMINDER FOR ALL OF US IN THIS HADITH

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) Said: Whom Allah has blessed with Islamic knowledge: "Whoever is asked about a knowledge that he knows about and then hides it and keeps it away, he will be bridled on the day of judgement with a bridle of fire." (Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and Al-Tirmidhi)

So based on this Hadith i am posting about this serious issue Eid Ul Milad and remember our responsibility is just to aware people and giving Hidayah is in Allah's hands!!
